Siakap Stim Limau Sri Chiangrai
As per request by kak ida ..yg lain2 kalo nak cuba pong buleh......ni ha resepi siakap stim limau....tp selalunye...x sebiji2 ikut pong...hehe..
600 gm ikan siakap - ni kira sekor ler yer puan2..
2 biji limau nipis
5cm halia ~ hiris nipis2
bahan 2 diketuk ..hentak pong buleh
3 btg serai
5 ulas bwg putih
3 biji cili api
Bahan2 dihiris
1 biji cili merah
1/2 biji bwg besar
3 biji cendawan butang - selalu x pakai pong
1 biji asam boi
3 s/b makan susu cair
1 s/k kicap cair
1s/k sos tiram
2s/k tepung jagung
4 tangkai daun sup dihiris2..
garam secukop rasa
500 ml air
Cara2 memasak
1.Panaskan air didlm kuali hingga didih
2.Masukkan ikan ,bahn tumbuk n hiris,asam boi n sumer2 ler
3.Tunggu hingga masak. masukkan garam secukup rasa, kicap cair, sos tiram, tepung jagung n susu cair
4. Kacau sikit2 dan ahir sekali perah limau nipis
5.angkat dan sedia dihidang
